Despite endless obstacles, trials and tribulations Nemesis:COTF has once again won through! The four tracks we've chosen to record are now mixed and rock truly and awesomely! We're just in the final mastering stage so they'll shortly be made available to you all. Master of you, the Mastery's mine!

Pre-mixing (selecting the best parts for overall vibe) is complete for the four tracks that will go on this release. Final mixing (precise tweaking, depth and power adjustments) is on track to be done by the end of the week. Watch this space!!

Last night's gig at Sub61 marked the opening of a new chapter for Nemesis with what was quite possibly our best ever show and definately the most awesome crowd ever. Many thanks to the insane lunatics who were all crowded to the front demanding more and more metal!

In a week's time Nemesis will hit the studio to begin recording our first album and change the face of metal forever. You have been warned; war is coming!

The Nemesis camp is getting all psyched up to start our first recording after the Sub61 gig next Monday. Can't wait to lay down that metal!

It's all GO! in the Nemesis camp. T-Shirts are here, more gigs are being booked and the EP recording has been extended to include all 7 current tracks. As if that wasn't enough, this coming Friday (12th March) will see us gig the Giffard in Wolves so don't miss it! Metal forever!

Ben has settled as if he's been a part of the band for a decade and the songs sounds freakin awesome. To celebrate this we've uploaded a couple of videos from our first gig with The Machine(TM) and you can check em out on the Vids page.

The end of Nemesis first full year draws to a close and we wish all you awesome people who have supported us a very Merry Christmas!

We are also of course looking forward to an exciting, crazy year to come. Expect our first album, much more crazy stuff, videos, new songs, messed up merch and of course; epic gigs and tours. See you all next year! Ho! Ho! Metal ho!!!

Ben is settling really well into the band and we've got the majority of tracks up to gig standard already. We've made some minor but really cool changes to some of the tunes and can't wait to show off the new stuff to all you guys.

We've also, after much thought, decided to delay recording the album: Yes, you guessed it, we're going to re-record with Ben. It should only take a couple of months to get up to readyness since we're all really on form at the moment from the intense recording, gigging and jamming we've been doing constantly this year. We reckon it'll definitely be worth the wait and you guys are gonna have something very awesome to listen to when it's all done! :)

May we welcome the mighty drumming talents of Ben to the band! AIDA is currently preparing for retirement where she will continue to provide samples and digitized explosions as needed from a quieter, off stage position. In the meantime she will continue to do drum duty for our upcoming live shows while we take our time getting everything up to speed.

You would not believe what it has cost us in time, effort, money and lack of sleep but there are now over 200 burned, labelled and slipsleeved promo CD's to give away! Get yours while they last because once the album is finished we'll never burn these again.

Nemesis are now finalising gig dates for the autumn season; keep your eyes on the gig listings for the latest additions, there are lots more exciting dates in the pipeline just waiting to be confirmed!

Recording the solos and vocals is proving to be very time consuming but is progressing steadily. Nemesis are also planning on taking a break from it all in two weeks time to play Grand Central on Thursday 9th July.

Okay, so it's all quiet on the gig front since we're recording, as you all well know... As far as recording goes we're doing my (Mandrake's) vocals and solos next. All the core rhythms are down so not long now and it'll be worth the wait: It's sounding truly awesome!!

We could be on anytime - random stage times handed out on arrival, so be there early if you want REAL METAL at BLOODSTOCK. Entry is free. Update!

Despite the most ferocious set of the night that ripped the venue apart and an absolute tsunami of guys and gals giving us total support (You all rock!!) unfortunately the secret judges decided on behalf of the Bloodstock fans that they really didn't want our brand of furious Power-Thrash and instead put through a couple of metalcore type bands. Regardless, we had a great time playing as always and we've got our Bloodstock tickets so we'll see you all their anyway - just drunk and sunburned (hopefully!) instead. Keep it metal!

Slaying the dragon on Saint Georges Day!

Don't miss it, plus a super secret AWESOME metal band are also playing and we're bringing the best metal CD's of the last 25 years with us so there'll be some furious DJing from the Nemesis crew. Expect stuff too heavy or esoteric to play anywhere else! Think the best metal club you 've ever been to but with the most awesome metal band ever to finish it off and... well, don't miss out!! Well, we tried but life got in the way so recording was delayed by well over a month. Doh! That's ruined our whole plan for April gigs and and April release date, it's all a piggin shambles now but we just don't care because we're having fun a nd rocking and the tracks sound ruddy awesome! So there!! Guess we'll just have to do a Summer tour instead :D

Right: We've just finished recording Mandrake's rhythm guitar for all the tracks. There were quite a lot of minor changes and even a couple of new riffs, hence why it's taken two weeks so far already. But, we're dead happy with the sound and feel and vibe and it's definately worth the effort! Bane's turn next!

Anyone who knew the Verm era well may recognise a couple of these tracks. In a fit of professionalism we spent a bucket of money on recording them in a 'pro' studio... the end result result was abysmal! So, I went back to the formula that got Verm into the mainstream press in the first place and look forward to hearing peoples opinions.
